A global leader in the watch making industry, retained Real Estate Advisors Ltd to advise and assist in the development of excess land into marketable assets. Through their consulting efforts, REAL has successfully repositioned an industrial zoned parcel of 94 acres for the development of an active adult housing community of 79 units. The project is currently under development, and is being marketed as of Spring 2004. REAL continues to consult on development and marketing of the project.
