REAL has consulted for YALE for the past eight years to develop their "Broadway Retail District". By working with the University leaders to plan and implement redevelopment of this critical student shopping and dining area, Yale has improved their appeal for student recruitment, and brought a throng of retail customers to a previously lackluster urban environment. With the replacement of 30% of the old structures, REAL has been able to attract key retailers, and local entrepreneurs including J.Crew, Origins, Urban Outfitters, Thom Brown Shoes.
